Authenticast Toy Soldiers Serbian Infantry Charging 1904 54mm
Condition excellent, some minor paint wear. Serbian infantry soldier with rifle charging. Authenticast and Authenticast Comet Gaeltacht Industries were names the soldiers went under. Despite the United States location of the firm, Authenticast was a truly international venture. Sweden's Holger Ericksson was brouth to the comapny's attention by fellow countryman Curt Wennberg, an attache to the United States who became associated with Coment during the war, probably because of the firm's work for the government. Eriksson's soldiers have a rough hewn dash that only Manoil'sWalter Baetz approached, in his own distinctivety, that has attrached collectors since 1946, when Authenticast first appeared on the market.
