Brand new in original packaging originally all depots houses and businesses had privies before indoor plumbing the privies kit includes precise laser cut wood tab-and-slot parts with peel-and-stick trim and doors with full assembly and painting instructions there are three structures included two single privies and one double privy with a privacy fence modeling tools and paint may be required but are not included with this kit the scenery figures fence and trees are also not included

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
