William Britain Set 8809 The Gloucestershire Regiment in near mint condition, 6 figure set. 54mm metal figures. In July 1941, toy production at the W. Britain's English factory ceased. The brightly painted toy soldiers were put away. Gone were scarlet red tunics and other vivid hues characteristic of William Britian's figures. The factory switched to producing munitions for World War II. Khaki, olive drab and field gray became the prominent colors of the moment. When the WBritain factory resumed toy production after the war in 1945, the subdued colors of World War II were reflected in Britain's new toy soldiers. The company produced a wide range of World War II infantry, artillery and vehicles painted olive drab. The colors of the war return again as W. Britain introduces a new range of figures from World War II. The figures include American, British, and German infantry soldiers in action poses. Along with World War II figures, American Revolution toy soldiers enter the market. Brightly colored with reds, blues and white uniforms. Marching as though they appear mechanical in their brightly colored uniforms and bonnets. Combine the squad assault sets with heavy weapon sets to create entire platoons and colorful dioramas. Combine a regiment of Foot Guards with cannons and cavalry mounted Reds to create a battle reminiscent of Waterloo. Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
